CULTURE PUSH BENEFIT 2016: LUCKY NUMBER 7! June 22, 2016. Reserve your ticket now!
This year the festivities will take place at our favorite LES spot, Casa Mezcal. Fun, food and beverages will be provided, so the only thing you need is a positive attitude and desire to learn. This year's Benefit will honor Culture Push co-founder Aki Sasamoto with a series of on-the-spot workshops based on her DOING concept. Come learn from artists and professionals about historical marine ecology, making your own flute, drawing using found objects, digital mapping of local geography, and other crafty things!
Funds will be be used to expand services provided by the Fellowship for Utopian Practice, including documentation for Fellows' projects and a series of gallery shows for Fellows' work and ephemera. We hope to see a bunch of familiar faces as well as many new ones, so please tell your friends and colleagues!
