Go! Push Pops (Katie Cercone and Elisa Garcia de la Huerta, with Char Johnson)Diamond Tribe

A participatory workshop offered to low-income female youth that emphasizes collaboration through creative movement. A combination of hip hop, yoga, and vocalization, as well as media literacy breakout groups that explore the goddess archetype in contemporary culture, the Diamond Tribe workshop creates a safe space for self-empowerment within a group dynamic.
